Project C is a global movement uniting Cameroonians in the diaspora who believe in the power of peaceful change. It brings people together across continents to mobilize resources and work toward peace, justice and genuine democracy.

Project C unites Cameroonians in the diaspora and allies to foster a peaceful, democratic transition in Cameroon. Through collaboration, advocacy and resource mobilization, it empowers communities to champion lasting change, defend human rights and build a brighter future for all Cameroonians.
Whether you are in Washington, Paris, Ottawa, New York, London or Johannesburg, you have a voice. Project C welcomes Cameroonians and friends of Cameroon to build bridges across continents and contribute their ideas, skills and energy.

Who can join Project C?
Anyone who believes in a peaceful, prosperous Cameroon. Friends and allies are welcome; you do not have to be Cameroonian. There is no membership fee.

Launched in June 2026, Project C’s Once and For All campaign invited Cameroonians at home and abroad to share their views on the country’s future.
The campaign was created to broaden participation and hear from people with different experiences, perspectives and priorities. The questionnaire has now closed. Project C is reviewing and presenting the responses to help inform public discussion.

The published report will be linked here when it is available. Confirmed survey dates, completed response totals, participant profiles and a summary of principal findings will accompany it.
How should the findings be read?
The findings are one contribution to a wider conversation. Read them alongside the report’s explanation of how the questionnaire was conducted, who participated and what limits apply to interpreting responses. The results describe the views of people who took part. Unless the methodology supports broader statistical claims, they should not be presented as representative of all Cameroonians.
What information will accompany the report?
The methodology, confirmed opening and closing dates, number of completed responses, and geographic and demographic profile. Summaries of key findings should include the relevant question wording, response totals and percentages, and indicate whether respondents could select more than one answer.
What do the results mean for what comes next?
Project C will use the findings to support further public discussion and inform the campaign’s proposed work on constitutional renewal. The results do not, by themselves, constitute a referendum, an enacted constitution or a formal mandate from all Cameroonians.
